John Matthews; aka ‘Johnnie Didge’ – (1941 – 2000)

This interview was initiated by a HS student, Leah, @ W-Tree in Far East Gippsland. This was for a school project where they had to interview “an interesting character in the district”.

It tells some of the life history of my brother John up to August 1990.

The original was recorded on an audio cassette.    I’ve left a few seconds gap between side A & side B … where the cassette was removed & turned over … to provide some historic authenticity.   :-)
