New Delhiites are certainly not renowned for keeping their city tidy. In fact it may be said that they mostly have a long-standing tradition of thoughtlessly tossing their rubbish anywhere on the ground.

3 months before the 2010 New Delhi Commonwealth Games … many patrons of the popular Keventer flavoured milk & snack bar in the heart of New Delhi’s Connaught Circus toss their used cups, straws & plates on the ground as they finish with them.

A wily pooch nearby takes advantage of the Keventer milk depot patrons indifference.
